1.  Diploma or Degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or related field

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office

3.  Strong planning, time management, and time management skills

4.  Strong execution & follow-up ability

5. Valid Kenyan motorcycle riding license Key

Responsibilities

• Agronomic Support: Provide technical advice and guidance to farmers and agrovets on company products.

• Field Visits: Conduct regular farm visits and follow-ups to monitor crop performance and product adoption.

• Demonstrations: Organize field days and farmer visits to showcase product performance and best practices.

• Training & Promotion: Conduct agrovet trainings and counter-selling to boost product awareness and sales.

• Market Intelligence: Gather insights on competitors, product performance, and farmer preferences.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with input suppliers and partners to strengthen farmer support.

• Reporting: Submit timely farm visit reports and maintain accurate farmer and agrovet records.
